针对煤矿刮板输送机中部槽中的4种典型中板材料,在3体摩擦磨损、腐蚀摩擦磨损、加速腐蚀摩擦磨损3种条件下对其抗磨损性能进行研究,通过磨损率、金相组织分析和外观形貌的观察,结果表明,4#材料在干摩擦条件下耐磨性最好,但材料性能不稳定,在腐蚀状态下,耐磨性急剧下降。
