我国作为全球最大的稀土产品出口国在国际市场中占有举足轻重的地位,但一直以来我国在国际市场缺乏应有的稀土定价权。稀土产品出口价格的“白菜价—黄金价—白菜价”变化说明我国定价机制并不合理。通过结合国际贸易价格磋商特点对稀土产品交易双方的交易过程、交易规则进行描述,建立以双边叫价拍卖理论为基础的不完全信息贝叶斯稀土定价博弈模型,得到贝叶斯纳什均衡下进出口企业双方的稀土定价策略,形成稀土价格与价值相匹配的合理定价机制,最后为我国稀土产品出口合理定价机制的形成提供相关建议。
As the largest exporter of rare earth products in the world, our country occupies a pivotal position in the international market. However, our country lacks the pricing power of rare earths in the international market all along. Export prices of rare earth products “cabbage price - the price of gold - cabbage price ” shows that China’s pricing mechanism is not reasonable. By combining the characteristics of international trade price negotiation, this paper describes the transaction process and trading rules of both parties involved in the transaction of rare earth products, and establishes a Bayesian rare earth pricing game model based on bilateral bidding auction theory to obtain Bayesian equilibrium import and export Rare-earth pricing strategy for both companies forms a reasonable pricing mechanism that matches the price of rare earth with the value, and finally provides relevant suggestions for the formation of reasonable pricing mechanism for export of rare earth products in China.
