随着人们的精神文化需求不断的提升,现代化的图书馆管理模式成为了时代发展的必然需求,图书馆属于社会服务性的机构,如何实现现代化图书馆管理成为我们现代化社会发展的重要研究话题。本文从图书馆建设的现代价值入手,通过对于现代化管理模式的分析,提出了图书馆发展路径的思考,旨在提升图书馆的现代性管理能力,促进图书馆事业的长久发展。
With the continuous improvement of people’s spiritual and cultural demands, the modern library management mode has become an inevitable demand for the development of the times. Libraries belong to social service agencies. How to realize modern library management has become an important topic of study for the development of our modern society. Starting with the modern value of library construction, this paper puts forward the thinking of the development path of the library through the analysis of the modern management mode in order to enhance the library ’s modern management ability and promote the long - term development of the library.
