本文报告用氟宁片和三硅酸镁片(MST)治疗70例Ⅱ度硬化型氟骨症3个月的疗效,两药相似,均使病人不适主诉出现率显著降低(P<0.05～0.01),若干间距和握力显著改善,血清钙和白蛋白显著增高,球蛋白和碱性磷酸酶显著下降(P<0.01～0.001)。MST 组有3例出现“胃烧灼感、吐酸水、牙酸胀不能咀嚼”等副作用.但这两种药物治疗氟骨症何者为优,尚待深入研究和评价。
This article reports the treatment of 70 cases of grade II sclerosing skeletal fluorosis with Freund ’s tablets and magnesium trisilicate tablets (MST) for 3 months. The two drugs were similar and the incidence of complaints of discomfort was significantly reduced (P <0.05 ~ 0.01 ), Significant improvement in spacing and grip strength, significant increases in serum calcium and albumin, and significant decreases in globulin and alkaline phosphatase (P <0.01-0.001). In the MST group, there were 3 side effects such as “stomach burning sensation, spit acid water, tooth soreness can not be chewed” and so on.However, which of the two drugs treat fluorosis is excellent and needs further study and evaluation.
