In the processing of plastic metal materials, the metal bonding material bonded to the working surface of the grinding wheel, reducing the cutting performance of the wheel, for which the wheel must often be cleaned. In all the cleaning methods, electric erosion cleaning the metal surface of the wheel is an effective method, the structure of its schematic diagram shown in Figure 1. The device consists of a comparison circuit 1, a measurement circuit 2 and a wheel cleaning circuit 3. The measuring circuit is equipped with a meter 6, which reflects the degree of metal bonding on the working surface of the grinding wheel. The comparison circuit issues a clearing job instruction to the cleaning circuit. When the work surface of the metal sticky wheel
