目的观察大鼠白色念珠菌肺炎IFN-γ、IL-2表达特点,探讨IFN-γ、IL-2在大鼠白色念珠菌肺炎发展变化过程中可能起到的作用及其意义。方法选用清洁级健康雄性SD大鼠(150~180g,鼠龄30~40d)80只,随机分为实验组与对照组,各组40只。实验组从气管注入白色念珠菌菌液制备白色念珠菌肺炎模型,分别于1、3、7、11天心室腔穿刺抽血,经离心后取血清,用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定血清IFN-γ、IL-2水平。结果白色念珠菌肺炎模型组第1、3、7天IFNγ、IL-2值较正常对照组增高,11天模型组与对照组相近。组内比较3d>7d>1d>11d。结论IFN-γ、IL-2在消除大鼠白色念珠菌肺炎病原体方面可能起着积极的作用。
Objective To observe the expression of IFN-γ and IL-2 in Candida albicans pneumonia in rats and to explore the possible role and significance of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the development and progression of C. albicans pneumonia in rats. Methods Eighty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats (150 ~ 180g, 30 ~ 40d) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 rats in each group. In the experimental group, Candida albicans pneumonia model was prepared by injecting Candida albicans bacteria into the trachea. Blood was drawn from the ventricular cavity on 1, 3, 7 and 11 days respectively. After centrifuged, the serum was taken and the serum IFN was measured by double antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA -γ, IL-2 levels. Results The levels of IFNγ and IL-2 in the Candida albicans pneumonia model group were higher than those in the normal control group on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day after Candida albicans pneumonia model group. The model group and the control group on the 11th day were similar. Within the group 3d> 7d> 1d> 11d. Conclusion IFN-γ and IL-2 may play an active role in eliminating pathogens of Candida albicans pneumonia in rats.
