佛山保利商务中心结构高度为250m,建筑顶部采用了中国传统习俗中漂浮的孔明灯造型。因此,如何实现顶部天灯通透轻盈的效果是结构设计的难点。天灯结构采用了空间钢框架-单层双向立体(四面)索网幕墙结构体系,沿天灯外轮廓设置了空间格构柱和钢桁架作为索网幕墙的支承。通过对拉索施加合理的预应力,保证其有足够的刚度承担平面外的风荷载和地震作用。为保证结构的安全性以及降低施工难度,钢结构节点采用设置加劲外环肋的加强方式且部分采用铸钢节点,并对特殊节点进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明此加强方式安全可行。
Foshan Poly Business Center structure of a height of 250m, the top of the building using the Chinese traditional custom floating lanterns shape. Therefore, how to achieve the top of the ceiling light through the light effect of structural design is the difficulty. The structure of the sky lantern adopts a space steel frame - single layer bidirectional three-dimensional (four-face) cable net curtain wall structure system. Space lattice columns and steel trusses are arranged along the outer profile of sky lanterns as the support of the cable net curtain wall. By applying a reasonable prestressing force on the cable, it is guaranteed that it has enough rigidity to bear out-of-plane wind loads and earthquakes. In order to ensure the safety of the structure and to reduce the construction difficulty, the steel structure nodes are reinforced by setting stiffened outer ring ribs and partly using cast steel nodes, and the special nodes are analyzed by finite element method. The analysis results show that this reinforcement method is safe and feasible.
