目的:探讨慢性肾炎患者的护理体会。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年12月期间我院收治的48例慢性肾炎患者作为研究对象,在内科常规治疗的基础上,实施一般护理、心理护理、生活护理、预防感染和用药指导等护理干预措施,并观察慢性肾炎患者的护理效果。结果:48例慢性肾炎患者通过全面的护理,病情皆有好转,无一例出现严重并发症和死亡现象。结论:全面护理对慢性肾炎患者护理效果好,对增强患者治疗信心,缓解病痛,减少并发症具有积极作用。
Objective: To explore the nursing experience of patients with chronic nephritis. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2015, 48 cases of chronic nephritis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects. On the basis of routine medical treatment, general nursing, psychological care, life care, prevention of infection and medication guidance were selected Nursing interventions, and observe the nursing effect of patients with chronic nephritis. Results: 48 patients with chronic nephritis through full care, the condition has improved, no case of serious complications and deaths. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing care for patients with chronic nephritis effect is good, to enhance patient confidence in treatment, relieve pain and reduce complications have a positive effect.
