选取了4家中国本土零售企业,采用多案例研究法探索了中国零售企业管理学习机制及影响其学习绩效的关键因素。研究结果对于中国本土企业进行管理学习实践具有重要启示。
Four Chinese local retail enterprises were selected and the case study method was used to explore the key factors that affect the management learning mechanism of Chinese retail enterprises and their learning performance. The results of this study have important implications for the management of Chinese local enterprises.
