探索多动症诊断中的客观指标.方法 对2191名儿童使用酚妥拉明皮内试验(PIT)并结合儿童行为量表法(CBS).结果 量表法阳性 182例,皮内法阳性 172例.两者无显著性统计学差异,酚妥拉明皮内试验法可作为诊断儿童多动症的一种筛选方法.结论 将皮内法与量表法结合可提高多动症诊断的客观性和可靠性.
Objective To explore the objective indicators in the diagnosis of ADHD.Methods Pituitary demethylation (PIT) and pediatric behavior scale (CBS) were used in 2191 children.Results The positive results were 182 cases and 172 cases were positive by intradermal method. There was no significant difference between the two methods, and phentolamine intradermal test could be used as a screening method to diagnose ADHD in children.Conclusion The combination of intradermal method and scale method can improve the objectivity and reliability of ADHD diagnosis.
