近年来尖锐湿疣发病率有逐渐增加趋势。我们采用微波治疗尖锐湿疣108例,其中配伍5-Fu联合治疗29例,疗效更佳。结果报道如下。 1.资料与方法 资料:108例尖锐湿疣均为我院门诊治疗患者,年龄最小16岁,最大50岁,平均27.1岁。 临床表现:外阴瘙痒52例,单纯湿疣表现10例,白带增多11例,以上表现并存33例。病程由1周～4个多月,疣数目为4个～30余个,大小不等。治疗前均作常规活检,证实为尖锐湿疣。
In recent years, the incidence of genital warts have gradually increased. We use microwave treatment of genital warts in 108 cases, of which compatibility of 5-Fu combined treatment of 29 cases, better effect. The results are reported below. 1. Materials and Methods Data: 108 cases of genital warts are outpatient treatment in our hospital, the youngest 16 years old, maximum 50 years old, an average of 27.1 years old. Clinical manifestations: genital itching in 52 cases, simple warts manifestations in 10 cases, increased vaginal discharge in 11 cases, the above coexist in 33 cases. Duration from 1 week to 4 months, the number of warts 4 to more than 30, ranging in size. Before treatment for routine biopsy, confirmed as genital warts.
