本文就PLC在石油机械液化控制系统中的应用做了一系列的分析和研究,对石油机械液压系统传统的方法和利用PLC控制技术的方法做了对比。根据实例从各方面分析了PLC技术的优势,以及在实际应用中存在的弊端,探讨了存在的问题以及需要的解决对策。最终论证了PLC技术可以一定程度的解决传统石油机械液化方法的诸多弊端,在石油机械液化控制系统中有着极为广泛的应用前景。
This paper made a series of analysis and research on the application of PLC in petroleum machinery liquefaction control system, and made a comparison between the traditional method of petroleum machinery hydraulic system and the method of using PLC control technology. The advantages of PLC technology and the disadvantages in practical application are analyzed from various aspects according to the examples. The existing problems and the solutions to the problems are discussed. Finally, the paper proves that PLC technology can solve many drawbacks of traditional petroleum machinery liquefaction methods to some extent and has a very wide application prospect in petroleum machinery liquefaction control system.
