“涉浅水者得鱼虾,涉深水者得蛟龙”。教育电视台作为我国特殊的电视媒体,一直游离于主流媒体与弱势媒体之间。教育电视台如何发展一直是教育媒体工作者不断思考的首要问题。本文以吉林教育电视台为例,围绕节目编排这一核心问题,探讨教育电视台得以发展的三步战略:首先,改变固有模式,向可持续性资源建设转型。其次,积极实现转型目标,提升发展速度,围绕品牌塑造、错位竞争展开。最后,面对电视传播的分众化趋势,强化品牌栏目,建立约会意识,培养目标受众忠实度。以次是教育电视台得以发展,最终从浅水走向深蓝。
“Involved in shallow water were shrimp, deep water who have dragon.” As a special TV media in China, Education Television Station has been separated from the mainstream media and the disadvantaged media. How education television station develops has been the foremost problem that education media worker thinks constantly. Taking Jilin Education Television Station as an example, this article focuses on the core issue of programming and explores the three-step strategy for the development of Education Television Station. First, it changes the inherent mode and transforms into a sustainable resource construction. Second, actively achieve the goal of transformation, enhance the pace of development, around the brand building, dislocation competition. Finally, in the face of the trend of popularization of television broadcasting, strengthening brand columns, establishing dating awareness and fostering the loyalty of target audiences. The second is the development of educational television stations, and ultimately from dark to dark blue.
