1937年7月26日晚,日本中国驻屯军步兵旅团第2联队第2大队500名士兵,谎称日本驻平公使馆卫队,乘26辆汽车、3辆坦克进入广安门,与中国守军29军132师独立27旅679团第1营第1连发生枪战,22时过后战斗停止。广安门事件的诱因既不是中方设计诱歼,也不是日军故意挑衅,而是日军通过城门时,因骄横已久不服从管理,加之说谎心虚,遂与679团士兵发生冲突而引发的事件。广安门事件虽小,却是日军夺取平津进而占领华北前夜的一次严重冲突,对战局起到了催化作用。
On the evening of July 26, 1937, 500 soldiers of the 2nd Battalion of the 2nd Wing of the Chinese Tunzhen Army Infantry Regiment lied to the Japan Imperial Guard corps in Pingdi and took 26 vehicles and 3 tanks to enter Guang’anmen, where they were stationed with Chinese defenders 29th Army 132 Division Independent 27 Brigade 679 Regiment 1 Battalion 1st Battles, battle ended after 22:00. The cause of the Guanganmen incident was neither the Chinese design inducing annihilation nor the deliberate provocation of the Japanese army, but the incident triggered by the Japanese army’s passing through the gate because of arrogance and long time disobedient with management and the lying liar and then clashed with the 679th regiment. Although the incident in Guanganmen was small, it was a serious conflict that the Japanese army captured Pingjin and occupied the eve of North China, playing a catalytic role in the war.
