电动汽车电子电气装置多,电磁环境复杂,电磁兼容问题严峻。电机驱动系统是电动汽车的主要干扰源,其电磁干扰强度大。指出了逆变器开关过程中快速变化的电流和电压是最主要的干扰源[1]。在Saber中建立逆变器等效电路模型,包括IGBT行为模型、直流母线和三相线缆的多导体传输线模型;在MATLAB中建立SVPWM矢量控制和永磁同步电机模型;得到了完整的联合仿真系统模型。对电机驱动系统逆变器输出侧共模电流进行了试验测试,仿真结果与试验结果对比,验证了模型的准确性。
Electric and electronic equipment, electric vehicles, electromagnetic environment is complex, the problem of electromagnetic compatibility is grim. Motor drive system is the main source of electric vehicles, the electromagnetic interference strength. It is pointed out that the rapidly changing current and voltage during inverter switching are the main sources of interference [1]. In Saber, an equivalent circuit model of inverter is established, including IGBT behavior model, multi-conductor transmission line model of DC bus and three-phase cable; SVPWM vector control and permanent magnet synchronous motor model are established in MATLAB; a complete co-simulation System model The common mode current of the inverter output side of the motor drive system was tested and the simulation results were compared with the test results to verify the accuracy of the model.
