多少年以来,我们评价一个教师上课好坏的标准是课堂的安静程度。如果听到哪个教室里有讲话声,不管是什么原因,都会诚惶诚恐,担心学生大乱。这种对学生声音的惧怕心理,深远地渗透到基础教育的管理理念中,管理层会通过纪律压制,班主任会通过精神恐吓,任课教师会通过出离愤怒,来对抗学生不同声音的产生,因而在无形中诞生了“好课”的最高境界——某某班上课纪律好,一根针掉到地上都能听到响声。对此,我常常反思,难道有声音的课堂就是不正常的吗?
