本文通过问卷调查等方法对宁夏高职院校学生每日膳食平均摄入量进行评价,了解在一定时期内学生的膳食结构、饮食习惯、膳食营养状况等,从而制定出膳食结构调整原则和计划,调整膳食结构,使学生的膳食结构合理化。
