目的 :观察重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活剂缺失变体 (reteplase ,Ret)对家兔纤溶和凝血系统活性的影响。方法 :采用常规方法测定家兔血液纤溶和凝血系统相关参数指标。结果 :Ret(3.75、7.5 0、15 .0MIU·kg-1)可明显降低纤溶酶原含量 ,使血浆纤维蛋白降解产物转呈阳性反应 ,缩短优球蛋白溶解时间 ,同时延长血浆凝血酶时间 ,凝血酶原时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间。结论 :Ret可促进血液纤溶系统活性和抑制凝血系统活性
Objective: To observe the effect of recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator (reteplase, Ret) on fibrinolytic and coagulative system activity in rabbits. Methods: The parameters of blood fibrinolysis and coagulation system in rabbits were determined by routine methods. Results: Ret (3.75,7.5 0,15. 0MIU · kg-1) could significantly reduce the content of plasminogen, make the plasma fibrin degradation products turn positive, shorten the euglobulin lysis time, and prolong the plasma thrombin time , Prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time. Conclusion: Ret can promote the activity of blood fibrinolytic system and inhibit the activity of coagulation system
