我国的民族理论和政策的实施在很大程度上需要教育事业的良好发展作支持,教育事业在维护民族关系和谐中发挥着重要的作用。合理的发展教育事业不仅可以促进民族关系和谐,且关系着祖国和民族未来的发展。在教育制度的实施过程中以及教育者施教时都应本着平等、公正、合理的原则,且要有认真负责得态度,以身作则。在现代化进程中应加大对教育的管理力度,培养优秀的人才,为构建和谐民族关系打好基础。
To a large extent, the implementation of our national theory and policy needs the support of the sound development of education, and education plays an important role in safeguarding the harmony of ethnic relations. The rational development of education can not only promote the harmonious ethnic relations but also the future development of the motherland and nation. In the process of implementing the education system and educating people, we should act according to the principles of equality, fairness and justice, and take a serious and responsible attitude. In the process of modernization, we should intensify the management of education, train excellent talents and lay the foundation for building harmonious ethnic relations.
