采用仿真方法分析了基于异步传递模式 (ATM)的 IP交换系统的关键参数对系统性能的影响 ,提出了新的网络到网络流的标识方法和流的二步分类法。仿真结果表明 ,IP交换系统能明显地改善系统的吞吐量 ,降低数据转发时延 ;新的网络到网络流的标识方法具有占用系统虚连接(VC)数少 ,同时又能使大部分业务通过硬件转发的特点 ;新的流的二步分类法既能保证系统快速为主要业务建立硬件传递连接通路 ,又能获得高的硬件交换百分比
The influence of the key parameters of IP exchange system based on Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) on the system performance is analyzed by simulation method. A new network-to-network flow identification method and flow two-step classification method are proposed. Simulation results show that the IP switching system can significantly improve the system throughput and reduce the data forwarding delay. The new network-to-network flow identification method has the advantages of less occupied virtual link (VC) number and at the same time enables most of the services to pass Hardware forwarding features; two-stage classification of the new flow can not only ensure that the system quickly established for the main business hardware transfer connection path, but also access to a high percentage of hardware exchange
