Methods Face-to-face interviews were conducted by a unified training investigator to register basic disability status and SF-36 questionnaires. Logistic regression was used to analyze multivariate variables. Results There were 143 disabled and disabled residents in the community of Caobu Village, accounting for 1.1% of the total population in the community, physical disabilities (59.5%), and middle-aged and elderly disabled (70.3%). %), with more common disease cripples (54.8%). The main disability diseases are polio, stroke, mental illness and diabetes. The scores of health indicators in all eight areas of disabled people are lower than those of ordinary people. For disabled residents, the difference was very significant (P<0·0005). Disability is the common main influencing factor of physical health and mental health. Family care and social care are the main influencing factors of mental health.
