新医改为我国医疗体制改革指明了发展方向,对医院财务管理人员而言,摆在面前的首要任务便是如何让医院在新医改环境下,快速的将医院财务管理机制理清,在顺利实施医疗体制改革的同时,使医院得以持续稳定发展。本文笔者结合自身工作实践,简要探讨了新医改政策对医院财务管理的影响,对新医改政策下医院财务管理和会计核算进行了重点讨论,旨在促进医院财务管理工作效率的进一步提升。
The new medical reform has pointed out the development direction for the reform of the medical system in our country. For the hospital’s financial management staff, the primary task before us is to make the hospital quickly sort out the hospital’s financial management mechanism under the new medical reform environment, At the same time of the reform of the medical system, the hospital has been able to achieve sustained and steady development. In this paper, the author combines his own work practice to briefly discuss the impact of the new health reform policy on the hospital’s financial management, and focuses on the hospital’s financial management and accounting under the new health care reform policy. The aim is to promote the further improvement of the hospital’s financial management.
