在修理电机时,线圈的绕制是一件很头痛的事情。由于待修的电机种类很多,规格不同,为每种电机都制做一套绕线模,很不经济,而且也延长了修理时间。采用其它简易方法绕制线圈,劳动强度大,工效低,又不易保证维修质量。为了克服上述缺点,我们在实践中摸索、制造出一种简单实用的多用绕线模,现介绍如下。这种绕线模由支架板、左右夹板、芯模、调节杆和垫块五部分组成,见图a。芯模和支架板用金属材料制成,二者采用热套配合固定成一体。支架板的形状如图b所示。左右夹板的形状与支架板相似,不同
The winding of the coil is a headache when repairing the motor. Due to the large number of motors to be repaired and their different sizes, it is uneconomical to make a winding model for each type of motor, which also increases the repair time. Using other simple methods of winding coils, labor-intensive, low efficiency, but also not easy to ensure the quality of maintenance. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, we explore in practice, to create a simple and practical multi-purpose winding mode, are described below.
