我国细砂、人工砂资源丰富,通过将不同比例的细砂、人工砂进行混合使用配制C60高强混凝土,并研究其可泵性。结果表明:最佳比例的细砂、人工砂掺和的混合砂可以替代天然中砂配制C60泵送混凝土。通过优选原材料,合理配置粗细骨料比例、细砂和人工砂比例,达到骨料的最紧密堆积。通过调整混凝土外加剂,可显著降低混凝土粘滞阻力,提高混凝土可泵性。通过对评价混凝土可泵性的各项性能指标进行试验测试,最终配制出和易性良好、可泵性高的混凝土。
China fine sand, artificial sand is rich in resources, by mixing different proportions of fine sand, artificial sand mixed use C60 high strength concrete, and to study its pumpability. The results show that the optimal ratio of fine sand and artificial sand mixed sand can be used instead of natural sand to prepare C60 pumping concrete.
