《中华民国临时约法》是中国资产阶级革命的产物,它的颁布在当时具有进步意义。然后它却未能得以真正的实行,其根本原因在于中国资产阶级革命派的阶级局限性,软弱性,妥协性;另一个重要的内因就是《中华民国临时约法》本身的局限性。
The Provisional Constitution of the Republic of China was the product of the bourgeois revolution in China and its promulgation was of great progress at the time. Then it failed to be implemented. The fundamental reason lies in the class limitations, weaknesses and compromises of Chinese bourgeois revolutionaries. Another important internal cause is the limitation of the Provisional Constitution of the Republic of China.
