在进入新课程的今天,随着课堂教学的新变革,我们对课堂教学的特点也有了新的、全面的认识。课堂教学具有师生互动、生生互动、合作生成的特点。每一堂课都是师生激情与智慧综合生成的,是不可重复的。课堂教学呈现的生成性、开放性和由其产生的不确定性要求教师具有实施调控的能力。这种能力是指教师对教学进行状态的一种灵敏而强烈的感觉、感受和感知能力,并做出迅速、准确的反应。课堂实施调控能力的强弱是教师专业水平高低的集中反映,是教师教学风采的展示。
