过去美国两大监管机构的相左态度,导致对植入式广告的监管一直模糊不清。2009年,联邦贸易委员会对《广告推荐与见证使用指南》进行了首次修订,其中部分条文间接涉及到了对植入性广告的监管,使植入性广告的在美国发展得到合理有效地规范。
The past attitude of the two major regulatory bodies in the United States has led to the obscure supervision of implantable advertising. In 2009, the FTC made its first amendment to the Guidance on the Use of Advertising Recommendations and Testimonials. Some of these articles indirectly deal with the monitoring of implantable advertisements so that the development of implantable advertisements in the United States is properly and effectively regulated.
