目的:为重度颅脑损伤并发肺部感染患者寻求更好的治疗方案。方法:采用中西医结合疗法对我院2009年10月至2011年10月收治的86例重度颅脑损伤合并肺部感染患者进行治疗,并观察这些患者的临床疗效。结果:本组86例重度颅脑损伤合并肺部感染的患者在进行中西医结合治疗后,有75例患者体温恢复正常,有81例患者治愈,有5例患者死亡,取得了较好的效果。结论:使用中西医结合的方法治疗重度颅脑损伤伴肺部感染,可使患者的体温迅速下降、痰液很快变稀、神志较快清醒,疗效确切,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To seek better treatment for patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods: 86 cases of severe craniocerebral injury with pulmonary infection admitted from October 2009 to October 2011 in our hospital were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The clinical curative effect was observed in these patients. Results: In this group of 86 patients with severe craniocerebral injury and pulmonary infection in the treatment of Integrative Medicine, 75 patients returned to normal temperature, 81 patients were cured, 5 patients died and achieved good results . Conclusion: The treatment of severe craniocerebral injury with pulmonary infection by the combination of TCM and Western medicine can make the temperature of the patient drop rapidly, the sputum rapidly become thinner, the consciousness is quicker and sober, and the curative effect is exact. It is worth to be popularized in clinic.
