以人为本的管理,简称“人本管理”。在学校实施人本管理能充分调动教职工参与学校管理、积极投入学校建设的主观能动性,进而强化每位教职工的主人翁意识,使学校的发展能在充满和谐、民主与健康的轨道上前行。下面是我校人本管理的点点滴滴。一、尊重教职工的话语权学校的发展必须依靠广大教职工,而如何对待教职工的话语权,将直接影响到教职工工作的积极性,工作积极性的高低将直接影响到学校的发展。因此,校委会对教职工所提出的意见或建议,不论正确与否,都及时的给予
