当前医院道德建设状况还是不能令人满意,新时期、新形势下的医院道德建设亟需改进和加强。笔者结合工作实践,认为还必须建立健全三个体系,处理好三种关系,切实做到五个有机结合: 一、建立健全三个体系 1、完善医院道德教育体系《公民道德建设实施纲要》指出:“公民道德建设的过程,是教育和实践相结合的过程。”医院可充分发挥党政工团及民主党派等各方面的力量,在教育中引入道德实践活动,精心选择主题,认真部署
