1985年9月16日至21日在阿拉木图(哈萨克苏维埃社会主义共和国首都)召开了“中世纪中亚文化—历史发展过程”国际学术会议。会议由“国际中亚文化研究协会”(简称)组织。参加这次会议筹备工作的单位有国际中亚文化研究协会苏联委员会、苏联科学院东方学研究所和哈萨克苏维埃社会主义共和国科学院历史、考古与民族研究所。
From September 16 to September 21, 1985, an international academic conference entitled “The Middle Ages of Central Asian Culture - Historical Development Process” was held in Almaty (the capital of the Socialist Republic of Kazakstan). The conference is organized by “International Association of Central Asian Cultural Studies” (abbreviation). The preparatory work for the conference is organized by the Soviet Committee of the International Society of Cultural Studies in Central Asia, the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of History, Archeology and Ethnology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic.
