目的 :研究不同时间窗脑血栓溶解治疗后脑电变化与梗死体积的关系。方法 :应用肾血管性高血压大鼠 ( RHRSP) ,用光化学法制成一侧大脑中动脉闭塞 ( MCAO)模型 ,在血栓形成后不同时间应用尿激酶静脉溶栓 ,观察脑电图 ( EEG)变化与梗死体积的大小。结果 :缺血 2小时之内实行溶栓治疗 ,可缩小梗死灶。MCAO30分钟后溶栓复流后 ,EEG有改善 ,一小时后慢波减少 ,2 4小时 EEG可恢复到基本正常。结论 :本实验大鼠 MCAO模型常规静注尿激酶溶栓时间小于 2小时。MCAO6 0分钟后溶栓复流 ,EEG有所改善 ,但 2 4小时 EEG不能恢复正常。
Objective: To study the relationship between EEG changes and infarct volume after cerebral thrombolysis at different time windows. Methods: A rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) was established by photochemical method using renovascular hypertensive rats (RHRSP). Thrombolytic therapy with urokinase at different time points after thrombosis was used to observe the changes of EEG The size of the infarct volume. Results: Thrombolytic therapy within 2 hours of ischemia reduced infarct size. After 30 minutes of MCAO, the EEG improved after thrombolysis and after one hour, the slow wave decreased, and the EEG returned to normal after 24 hours. Conclusion: The conventional intravenous injection of urokinase thrombolysis in MCAO rat model in less than 2 hours. Thrombolytic relapse after 0 minutes MCAO6, EEG improved, but 24 hours EEG can not return to normal.
