In this paper, we propose a RF excited lasing waveguide CO2 laser technology. Under the condition that the space dimensions of the two waveguides are both 1 × 14.5 × 200mm3 and the RF power frequency is 99MHz, the maximum output power is 75W and the maximum electro-optical conversion efficiency is 10 .8% of the experimental results, and obtained in the far field unidirectional distribution of one-dimensional narrow spot
