生产调度会形成“有布置、有落实,有责任,有验收,有反馈,有考核”的闭环式管理体制,当日值班领导首先跟踪尚未解决的问题,然后平衡当日提出的新问题,最后平衡检修时间。对已经平衡过的问题不再做第二次平衡。促进生产正常有序、健康发展,消除矿井安全隐患,确保矿井长治久安。本文主要介绍了大社矿调度会实行“闭环式”管理模式相关经验,仅供同业交流与借鉴。
