研究基于小波变换的高质量运动图象压缩编码方法。通过对运动估计后图象内的帧内编码宏块首先进行离散余弦变换（DCT）编码，然后再对整幅图象进行小波变换（WT）与零树编码，从而达到运动图象的高质量压缩编码目的。
