通过改变SJ301A焊剂的镁砂含量,探讨焊剂组分中镁砂含量对脱渣性和焊缝强度的影响。研究结果表明:随着SJ301A焊剂中镁砂含量的增加,脱渣性变差,但脱渣性总体较好;当镁砂含量小于26.3%时,随着其含量增加,焊缝拉伸强度、屈服强度逐渐增加;当镁砂含量大于26.3%时,随着其含量增加,焊缝拉伸强度、屈服强度逐渐降低。对于SJ301A焊剂,镁砂含量应控制在26.3%左右。
By changing the magnesia content of SJ301A flux, the influence of magnesia content in flux composition on deslagging and weld strength was discussed. The results show that with the increase of magnesia content in SJ301A flux, the deslagging property deteriorates but the deslagging property is generally good. When the content of magnesia is less than 26.3%, as the content of magnesia increases, the tensile strength, When the content of magnesia is more than 26.3%, the tensile strength and yield strength of weld bead decrease with the increasing of content. For SJ301A flux, magnesia content should be controlled at about 26.3%.
