不仅是学生,老师在生活中也会迟到,有的是有意为之,有的是客观情况无法避免。面对经常迟到的孩子,我们可否把他们的这种行为别太当回事呢?不久前,我在“人教论坛”上看到一篇叫《“糊涂”艺术》的帖子,意思是说:有一个平时不曾迟到的学生迟到了,老师没“按惯例”批评他,而是让学生主动向老师认错。就这种教育方法来说,这位老师能因材施教,说明比较讲究教育艺术。但一个“按惯例”却让我有一股想为迟到
