道德与法律属于不同的范畴。法律属于制度范畴,其内容主要是规范权利与义务;道德属于社会意识形态范畴,强调对他人、对社会集体履行义务,承担责任。道德强调人类的道德理念铸化为法律,法律强调法律内化为人们的品质、道德。然而,理念如何铸化,内化如何实现,却不是一两句话可以说清楚的。今年9月,高校思想政治理论新课程开始实施,“思想道德修养与法律基础”课是其中的一门必修课。如何认识这门课,如何在生活中以高尚的道德升华人生,以正确的法律意识提升道德,是一个需要当代青年学生认真思考的问题。
Ethics and law belong to different categories. Law belongs to the category of system. Its content is mainly to regulate rights and obligations. Morality belongs to the category of social ideology, emphasizing the fulfillment of obligations and responsibility to others and to social collectives. Moral emphasis on human moral concept casts into law, the law emphasizes the internalization of law into people’s quality, morality. However, how the idea of casting, how to achieve internalization, but not a word or two can make it clear. In September this year, the new course of ideological and political theory for colleges and universities began to be put in place. The “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Law Basics” class is one of the required courses. How to understand this course, how to sublimate life with noble morality and enhance morality with correct legal awareness is a problem that needs contemporary young students to think seriously.
