淋病是性病中最多发、最常见的一种。笔者应用圆形分布法对吉林地区1999~1996年淋病发病情况进行分析,以探讨淋病发病的季节性特征,为今后防治工作提供科学依据。1 资料与方法1.1 资料来源 取自吉林市卫生防疫站“性传播疾病报表”。1.2 分析方法 应用圆形分布法将月份转化为角度,把全年12个月变换成360度,1年以365天计,则1天相当于0.9863度,以1月1日零时为起点,按月的实际天数求出每月月中值作为组中值,并转化成角度。即1月为15.29°,2月为44.38°,余类推。然后求出每个角度的正、余弦值,并分别与相应月份的发病数相乘,求其积和得∑sinα和∑cosα,代入圆形分布公式求得各年及总的集中度(r)值、平均角(α)值及角的标准差(S)值,进行
