目的:探讨变应性鼻炎患者的生活质量及个性特征情况。方法:对变应性鼻炎患者进行生活质量、艾森克人格测验、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表调查,并对影响因素进行多元逐步回归分析。结果:与正常人比较,变应性鼻炎患者生活质量受到一定影响,在生理职能、总体健康、情感职能维度下降最为明显;个性特征无明显差别;有焦虑倾向,无明显抑郁情绪。结论:应重视变应性鼻炎患者生活质量及个性特征变化,在新的医学模式下,进一步改善疾病的治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the quality of life and personality characteristics of patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods: Quality of life, Eysenck Personality Test, anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale were investigated in patients with allergic rhinitis, and the influencing factors were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results: Compared with normal people, the quality of life of patients with allergic rhinitis was affected to a certain extent, and the physiological function, general health and emotional function decreased most obviously. There was no significant difference in personality traits; anxiety tendency and no depression. Conclusion: The quality of life and personality traits of patients with allergic rhinitis should be emphasized. In the new medical model, the treatment of diseases should be further improved.
