通过渣油加氢汽油管线不锈钢弯头在试车过程中的失效分析,对弯头开裂成因进行试验研究。试验结果表明:弯头母材上的大多数裂纹是成形时的制造缺陷,沿该缺陷扩展的裂纹有Cl~-应力腐蚀的促进作用。
Through the failure analysis of stainless steel elbow of residue hydrogenation gasoline pipeline during the test, the cause of elbow cracking was tested. The test results show that most of the cracks on the base metal of the elbow are the manufacturing defects during forming, and the cracks propagating along the defects have the promoting effect of Cl ~ - stress corrosion.
