为了响应“一带一路”倡议,促进中国和莫桑比克可持续森林经营及木材贸易,引导和规范中国企业境外森林资源经营利用行为,文中根据2014—2015年开展的对中国林业企业在莫桑比克经营状况调查结果,分析了中国林业企业经营现状及风险,归纳了中国企业林业投资的贡献,并针对中国林业企业在经营、加工、贸易、运输环节方面存在的问题提出了5点对策建议。
In response to the Belt and Road initiative to promote sustainable forest management and timber trade in China and Mozambique and to guide and standardize the management and operation of forest resources outside China by Chinese enterprises, according to the report on the state of operation of Chinese forestry enterprises in Mozambique, conducted in 2014-2015, Based on the survey results, the status quo and risks of Chinese forestry enterprises were analyzed. The contribution of Chinese enterprises in forestry investment was summed up. Five countermeasures were put forward in view of the existing problems of Chinese forestry enterprises in operation, processing, trade and transportation.
