随着全社会对教育的逐步重视和企业改革的不断深化,工人等级培训呈现出新的发展趋势。从我厂情况看,有以下新的变化: 1.今后的工人等级培训的侧重面有所变化。中级工培训已基本告一段落,下阶段的重点是进行高级工培训和深度培训教育。深度培训教育是指在中级工培训的基础上进行岗位培训和在岗位培训基础上进行星级工人培训。岗保留培训的目的是培养熟悉本岗位、本工种的熟练工人,而星级工人培训的目的是为了培养熟悉多个岗位的星级工人。 2.在教育管理上出现了新格局。由原来的教育部门单一管理,逐步向教育部门、车间、班组三级管理方向发展。这是由于岗位培训,
