喹诺酮类属化学合成抗菌药,由于该类药物具有吡啶酮的基本结构而命名,目前该类药物是抗菌药物中发展最快、应用最广的一类药物。这一类药物,从结构上是7位上连一个哌嗪环,6位处又引入氟原子。主要特点是:①广谱性:对G~-和G~+杆菌均有强大的抗菌作用,特别是绿脓杆菌等多种耐药菌仍可对该类药物呈现敏感。②口服吸收好:给药后吸收快,药物浓度在较长时间内在有效浓度以上,有效地发挥了体内抗菌活性。③在组织和体液中分布广。④毒性反应低,用药安全。喹诺酮类药物主要作用是抑制细菌DNA合成回
