目的探讨药物流产后出现宫内残留物的彩色多普勒的超声表现和临床应用。方法选择48例药物流产后伴有阴道持续出血的病例;应用二维超声、彩色多普勒分别观察子宫的大小、宫腔内回声及宫腔内局部的血流情况。结果绝大部分病例均发现宫腔内有中等或稍偏强回声,此回声基底部彩色多普勒可观察到血流信号。结论对于药物流产后宫腔内有残留物的患者,彩色多普勒可发现特征性改变。
Objective To investigate the color Doppler echocardiography and clinical application of intrauterine residue after medical abortion. Methods Forty-eight cases of persistent vaginal bleeding after medical abortion were selected. The size of uterus, intrauterine echo and intrauterine local blood flow were observed by two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler. Results The vast majority of cases were found in the uterine cavity medium or slightly strong echo, the echo of the base of the color Doppler blood flow signal can be observed. Conclusions For patients with residual uterine cavity after medical abortion, a characteristic change can be detected by color Doppler.
