本研究采用等电点聚焦电泳方法对异盘、卫氏、扁囊3种并殖吸虫的MDH、EST、POD3种同工酶进行检测,结果显示卫氏和扁囊并殖吸虫3种同工酶的酶带数目及等电点分布完全一致,证明卫氏与扁囊并殖吸虫为同一虫种。异盘、卫氏和扁囊并殖吸虫EST同工酶酶带均为10条,其中等电点分布相同的5条,不同的5条。异盘与卫氏、扁囊并殖吸虫分别有10条和7条MDH同工酶酶带,这3种并殖吸虫共同的有3条酶带。异盘与卫氏、扁囊并殖吸虫分别有7条和16条POD同工酶酶带,其中仅1条酶带为3种并殖吸虫所共有。结果表明异盘并殖吸虫为一独立虫种。
In this study, isoelectric focusing method was used to detect MDH, EST and POD isozymes of Paragonimus, Wright’s and Capsule in three isolates of Paragonimus, and the results showed that three kinds of isozymes Enzymes with the number of isoelectric points and isoelectric point distribution is completely consistent, that Watson and the Pancreatic Paragonimus for the same species. Isochord, Watson and Paragonimus paratokus EST isoenzyme enzyme bands are 10, of which isoelectric point distribution of the same 5, a different 5. Isochord and Watson, respectively, and Paragonimus fascicularis 10 and 7 MDH isoenzyme bands, the three Paragonimus common with three bands. Isochord and Watson, Paragonimus and Paragonimus respectively 7 and 16 POD isozyme bands, of which only 1 enzyme band shared by three Paragonimus. The results showed that Paragonimus is an independent species.
