纵观全球航空工业的发展,第一次大规模的并购与整合浪潮发生在1992~2003年间。这轮并购最直接的结果是产业链供应商的数量大幅减少,但一些完成并购与重组的顶级供应商的实力大幅提升。其中,美国联合技术公司(UTC)便是在那个时候所涌现出的顶级供应商代表。此后的十多年间,全球航空产业链上大大小小的并购仍在不断发生,这些并购在一定程度上也在不断重构航空产业的格局。
Looking at the development of the global aviation industry, the first wave of large-scale mergers and acquisitions and integration took place in 1992-2003. The most direct result of this round of mergers and acquisitions is a drastic reduction in the number of suppliers in the industrial chain, but the strength of some of the top suppliers that complete mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations has risen dramatically. Among them, the United Technologies Corporation (UTC) is the top supplier representative emerged at that time. Over the next ten years, the mergers and acquisitions of large and small enterprises in the global aviation industry chain are still happening constantly. These mergers and acquisitions are to some extent constantly reconstructing the pattern of the aviation industry.
