作为实现工业生产自动化、集成化的重要基础,现代数控技术已经渗透到了制造业的各个领域,数控设备的数量和先进水平也成为了衡量企业生产能力、行业现代化程度、甚至是国家综合国力的重要标准。考虑到数控设备的成本问题,经常性的淘汰和更新都是不现实的,因此就必须通过对机床关键部分的电气改造求得企业最大经济利益与社会效益的实现。本文从电气改造的主要内容出发,阐述了改造过程的主要步骤以及各环节中应予以注意的具体问题。
As an important foundation for automation and integration of industrial production, modern numerical control technology has penetrated into various fields of manufacturing. The quantity and advanced level of numerical control equipment have also become an important measure of the production capacity of enterprises, the degree of industrial modernization, and even the comprehensive national strength of the country standard. Taking into account the cost of CNC equipment, frequent elimination and updating are unrealistic, it must be through the electrical transformation of the key parts of the machine to obtain the maximum economic benefits and social benefits of enterprises. Based on the main contents of electric transformation, this paper elaborates the main steps of the transformation process and the specific problems that should be paid attention to in each link.
