The China Banking Regulatory Commission approved that the Measures for Information Disclosure of Commercial Banks No. 7 of 2007 was passed at the 54th chairman’s meeting of China Banking Regulatory Commission on December 8, 2006 and is hereby promulgated and will come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
