本文主要介绍在数控车床上加工槽锯偏心轴的工艺及夹具的设计,通过编制合理加工工艺与夹具设计保证了零件的公差要求,提高了工作效率,降低了加工成本。
This article mainly introduces the process of machining the eccentric shaft of slot saw on the CNC lathe and the design of the fixtures. Through designing the reasonable processing technology and fixture design, the tolerance requirements of the parts are guaranteed, the work efficiency is raised and the processing cost is reduced.
